Originally from Southern France—and based in Phuket since 2016—Sacha has sharpened his craft in creating impactful visuals for brands and venues, which led to real estate photography: where he showcases properties’ true potential by showcasing them in their best light.

We help architects, interior designers, brands, real estate agencies, developers, and homeowners create impactful visual content for property listings, design portfolios, and marketing materials. Our photography and video services cater to a variety of spaces and styles, from residential to commercial projects, perfectly suited for websites, social media, Airbnb, Booking.com, and more.

The first step is reaching out to us through our contact form or scheduling a discovery call to discuss your needs. From there, we’ll help you select the right service(s) for your project.
Once the details are confirmed, we’ll provide a proposal/quotation, and a deposit will be required to secure your booking, including the shoot date and time. The remaining balance will be due after the shoot.
After capturing your content on-site, we’ll edit and deliver everything promptly to your inbox, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet your expectations.
We serve Phuket and surrounds, and are open to international work. Please contact us for broad enquiries.
Depending on time and location, bookings can be scheduled day-of, in as little as 4 hours prior, based on availability. Maximum notice is always appreciated.
We deliver content within 3 Business Days for most services, and 4 to 5 business days for videography.
If occupied, ensure tenants are aware of the shoot. Ensure property is as tidy as possible with personal belongings, family photos, distracting objects and sanitary items put away. Ensure the yard is tidy and free of dog poop. Please arrive on-time, and prepare the property with all lights turned on (interior and exterior).
If requested, we will declutter or virtually remove furniture, replace grass and sky, or add virtual furniture. We also offer this for existing images you may have. Image alteration fees apply and vary for each image.
Yes. You will find the option to reschedule or cancel in the booking confirmation email. A fee may apply for cancelation occurring less than 12 hours prior the shooting time (except if due to weather forecast).
If the weather is bad, you may reschedule your appointment, or allow us to virtually replace the sky (at extra cost). Note that gloomy days may impact the appearance of properties in external shots.
